CRM software provider SuperOffice is appointing Thomas Rødseth as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to strengthen innovation, create value, and capture even larger market shares in Norway and Europe.
In recent years, he has led the product and technology organization at the Nordic customer service platform, Puzzel.

Major Focus on Innovation

For SuperOffice, bringing in a profile like Thomas Rødseth, who has been on a similar journey before, has been critical. He has extensive experience in product and technology leadership in SaaS companies.

Increasing Automation and Streamlining
Thomas Rødseth aims to make the products relevant for even more customers and partners, as well as to solve new customer needs for existing customers in a smarter way. "I believe the rapid development happening in both the market and technology means there is a great need and opportunity, to meet more customer needs through more automation and streamlining of customer dialogue. I also strongly believe in putting the user at the center by creating a good user experience."
